Project Manager for Online Curriculum Development

About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Project Manager to lead the development of online curriculum for Grade 9 in Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The role will coordinate teachers, planners and production staff while working closely with Mamosa’s international team in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will ensure that all lessons are produced, recorded and delivered on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit qualified teachers for all Grade 12 subjects and manage the interview process with the Netherlands office.
- Onboard teachers for on‑camera teaching, guide them through scripts and verify syllabus compliance.
- Create and maintain a strict production schedule to complete lessons before 15 September.
- Support teachers during recordings, monitor quality and arrange re‑recordings when needed.
- Conduct quality control reviews of each recorded lesson.
- Align all lessons with official curriculum requirements.
- Provide weekly progress reports, risk assessments and solutions to the Mamosa NL team.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability from 1 June to 15 September.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with an international team.
- Fluent in English and Kurdish (Sorani).
- Strong planning, organization and project‑management abilities.
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
