Program Logistics and Property Manager

About the role

The Program Logistics and Property Manager will be based in Baghdad, Iraq, overseeing all supply‑chain services required to support a critical client mission. Reporting to Program Management, the role is responsible for acquisitions, receiving, stocking, inventorying, issuing and shipment of goods across multiple geographical sites.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure material controls comply with the Scope of Work, Standard Operating Procedures and OSHA standards.
• Establish performance baselines and KPIs for logistics and property functions; conduct monthly trend analysis.
• Track equipment and material shipments, providing timely updates to stakeholders and adjusting for delivery delays.
• Review project status and budgets, prepare schedules and status reports for program stakeholders.
• Escalate emerging performance risks through structured weekly and monthly briefings.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for recurring logistics failures and implement corrective action plans.
• Direct a diverse employee population assigned to the program and prepare quarterly performance briefings for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing logistics, property, and supply‑chain operations in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong analytical ability to identify performance degradation and develop corrective actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for briefing senior management.
• Ability to lead and coordinate diverse teams to meet mission‑critical objectives.

Required skills

• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Experience developing and monitoring KPIs, trend analysis, and root‑cause analysis.
