Product Manager - Accessories

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager – Accessories to lead the growth of our accessories portfolio across retail, enterprise, SME and telecom channels. You will act as the primary bridge between vendors, partners and customers, shaping the go‑to‑market strategy that drives attach rates and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive go‑to‑market plans for accessory products.
• Drive attach and bundling strategies to increase market penetration.
• Maintain strong alignment with vendor priorities and ensure sustained growth across multiple channels.
• Manage a wide SKU portfolio, focusing on profitability, inventory efficiency and P&L ownership.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and partner teams to influence cross‑functional decisions.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of professional experience, including 8‑10 years in sales or category management.
• Deep understanding of ecosystem selling and how accessories enhance connected device experiences.
• Strong commercial acumen with a data‑driven decision‑making mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting insights and influencing stakeholders.
• Thrives in fast‑paced environments, demonstrating agility, ownership and execution focus.
