Mid-Level Recruiter Officer

About the role

The NASS AL‑Iraq Holding Group is looking for a Mid‑Level Recruiter Officer to support its talent acquisition needs in Baghdad. You will work closely with the Head of Human Capital to source, screen and onboard qualified candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process aligned with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Post job advertisements on internal portals, the company website and social media.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment tracking sheets and applicant databases.
• Conduct initial phone or video screenings as required.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and prepare offer letters.
• Support the HR team with administrative and recruitment‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least one year of experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar recruitment role.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in business English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruiting platforms.
