About the role
LC Waikiki is looking for a motivated Management Trainee to join its retail team in Karbala. You will support store operations, ensure brand standards are met, and help drive sales performance in a fast‑moving fashion environment.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and continuously monitor LC Waikiki store standards.
- Prepare efficient work schedules for the store team.
- Maximize store productivity, efficiency, and conversion rates.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store layout according to corporate guidelines.
- Achieve sales targets, productivity per square meter, and profit objectives.
- Meet internal audit performance criteria.
- Control shrinkage, manage expenses, and improve conversion rates.
Required profile
- Minimum BSc university degree.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Preferably 3–5 years of team‑management experience.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer‑oriented, result‑driven, and positive attitude.
- Problem‑solving, organizational, and planning skills.
- Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment.
