About the role

Safna IT Services is looking for an experienced Information Technology Expert to join its dynamic team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and continuous improvement of the company’s IT environment while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT systems management and support.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
