Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

About the role

Divine Real Estate is expanding its marketing team and seeks a senior Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to shape the brand’s online presence across Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. You will lead digital campaigns, manage Meta advertising, and create compelling content that captures attention and drives leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns on Meta platforms.
• Manage Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite for audience targeting, budgeting and performance reporting.
• Develop and execute a brand‑building strategy that stops users from scrolling.
• Produce high‑engagement content – video, Reels, static posts and stories – tailored to Iraqi and MENA trends.
• Oversee both paid and organic channels simultaneously, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Analyse performance data, adjust tactics, and report results to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Strong expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• Deep understanding of marketing funnels, lead‑generation strategies and audience psychology.
• Creative eye for scroll‑stopping, shareable content and viral thinking.
• Fluent in Iraqi Arabic (written & spoken); Kurdish Sorani is a plus.
• Excellent copywriting skills and ability to work independently.
• Self‑motivated with strong project‑ and time‑management abilities.
• Portfolio or proven results from past campaigns (mandatory).
