About the role
We are looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to lead B2B sales initiatives in the oil or FMCG sectors. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and key accounts across oil, FMCG, or industrial sectors.
- Negotiate large‑scale contracts and secure new business opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing sales team.
- Report on sales performance, market trends, and forecast results.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in oil, FMCG, or related industrial markets.
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Proactive, results‑driven, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
