B2B Ticketing Agent

About the role

Elite Trip Travel & Tourism is looking for an experienced B2B Ticketing Agent to join its Baghdad office. The role focuses on handling airline ticketing operations for travel agencies and corporate clients, ensuring accurate issuance, re‑issuance and cancellation of tickets while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Issue, reissue and cancel airline tickets using Amadeus and Galileo GDS platforms.
• Provide flight options, fare quotations and travel solutions to B2B partners.
• Assist agency and corporate clients with booking changes, refunds, cancellations and other travel inquiries.
• Monitor reservations to ensure compliance with airline policies and regulations.
• Manage multiple booking requests efficiently under pressure.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in airline ticketing and reservations.
• Proven experience working with B2B travel agencies and corporate accounts.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Amadeus GDS.
• Advanced proficiency with Galileo GDS.
