B2B Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our growing marketing agency. The successful candidate will drive new‑business acquisition, nurture client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic B2B sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential B2B clients across events, publications and online platforms.
• Develop and execute lead‑generation strategies, including cold outreach and follow‑ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the main point of contact.
• Create compelling sales proposals, presentations and pitches, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor actions and market dynamics to inform sales strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative and account‑management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Share best practices and mentor junior staff members.

Required profile

• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within marketing or advertising.
• Deep understanding of lead generation and client acquisition processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with persuasive presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build trust with clients and internal teams.
• Strategic thinker focused on achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
