About the role
We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Account Manager to expand our ICT and physical security solutions within the private sector in Iraq. The role involves building strong client relationships, promoting a wide range of ELV products, and driving revenue growth from the Baghdad office.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in private‑sector markets such as compounds, hospitals, banks, ISPs and enterprises.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and partners.
- Promote ICT and ELV solutions including network infrastructure, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, data centre, Wi‑Fi, IP telephony, fire alarm and UPS systems.
- Conduct meetings, site visits and technical presentations.
- Gather client requirements and coordinate with presales and technical teams.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations and tender documents.
- Follow up leads through to successful closure and manage the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing and technical specifications.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and support project handover to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications or a related field.
- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in ICT/ELV solutions.
- Strong knowledge of private‑sector markets in Iraq.
- Proven ability to handle proposals and tenders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good English proficiency; a valid driving licence is a plus.
