Warehouse Keeper – Erbil

About the role

Saaeda is expanding its operations team in Erbil and seeks a reliable Warehouse Keeper to manage daily warehouse activities. The role ensures accurate inventory control, proper storage, and smooth flow of goods while adhering to company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming goods according to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the system and manual logs; conduct regular stock counts.
• Prepare, issue, and dispatch materials based on approved requests and delivery schedules.
• Generate warehouse reports, delivery notes, and stock movement records.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met within the warehouse.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• High sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish (spoken and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to use computers and warehouse‑related software.
