Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator will manage material flow for the Early Gas Treatment Facility (EGTF) project, ensuring safety, cost efficiency, quality, timely delivery, and compliance with legal requirements while minimizing impact on Ratawi CPF1 operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support and enforce HSE guidelines, conduct toolbox talks, and participate in safety meetings and trainings.
• Report asset‑integrity anomalies, defects, or unsafe practices that could affect production or safety.
• Lead and coordinate all warehouse and material management activities, ensuring transparency with subcontractors.
• Maintain compliance with company specifications, QA/QC standards, and international engineering standards.
• Assist in fast‑track planning, cost control, and interface management with authorities and project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or material management within large‑scale industrial or energy projects.
• Strong understanding of HSE rules and ability to conduct Job Safety Analyses.
• Capability to work in a fast‑paced, ultra‑fast‑track environment and manage multiple interfaces.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to ensure transparent relations with subcontractors.
