Ultrasound Sales Specialist – Full Time

About the role

The Ultrasound Sales Specialist will act as the primary liaison between our company and healthcare providers in Erbil, promoting and selling ultrasound equipment. You will educate prospects on product benefits, support existing customers, and help expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell ultrasound products to existing and prospective customers using solid arguments.
• Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analyses to match solutions with client requirements.
• Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers and partners.
• Generate leads through cold calling and follow‑up activities.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly to maximise satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets within the defined schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Sales & Application Specialist in medical devices.
• Fluent in Arabic, English and Kurdish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Devices, Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven with a strong sales track record.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) practices.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
