Training Executive

About the role

The Training Executive will coordinate and support training and development activities to enhance employee skills, performance, and competency in line with business and Jaguar Land Rover requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute trainings and coordinate training programs based on business requirements.
• Conduct training needs analysis and follow up on training gaps.
• Arrange training schedules, venues, materials, and logistics.
• Monitor employee attendance, completion, and training records.
• Coordinate with Line Manager to evaluate training effectiveness and collect participant feedback.
• Prepare training reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Support JLR-required training and certification programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training documentation and records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automotive engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Training & Development.
• Automotive/dealership experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical and non‑technical subjects.
