About the role
The Teller will handle daily cash transactions at the Basra branch, ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service while complying with the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Process cash deposits and withdrawals accurately through the banking system.
- Verify customer documents and transaction details before processing.
- Maintain assigned cash balance within approved limits and reconcile cash at day‑end.
- Report any cash differences or unusual transactions to the manager.
- Provide professional and efficient service to customers.
- Follow internal controls, AML/KYC requirements and Central Bank of Iraq instructions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
