About the role
OliveryApp is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join its logistics technology team in Iraq. The role blends pre‑sales engineering, customer consulting and post‑sales support to help clients adopt the company’s end‑to‑end logistics SaaS platform.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored technical solutions to prospective and existing customers.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, respond to inquiries, and document configurations and best practices.
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams to address specific customer requirements and ensure successful implementation.
- Provide technical support during pre‑sales and post‑sales stages, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clear documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads, gather market feedback, and contribute to continuous product and process improvements.
Required profile
- Strong technical sales and sales engineering experience with the ability to translate customer needs into solutions.
- Proven track record in sales/account engagement, relationship building, and deal support.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages, capable of explaining complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or related SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business or equivalent practical experience.
- Analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
