Technical Project Engineer

About the role

The Technical Project Engineer will support the PMO in delivering structured projects across the organization. Working on‑site in Baghdad, you will ensure that project plans, documentation, and resources are aligned with business goals and KPI‑driven standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Maintain real‑time task updates using Click Up or MS Project.
• Prepare Gantt charts, milestone trackers, and resource plans.
• Control project documentation such as charters, SOWs, risk and issue logs, PRs, BoQs, and quality reports.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and clients to support audits and material requests.
• Schedule and follow up on internal and external meetings, ensuring RACI alignment and escalation when needed.
• Track and report KPIs, create weekly/monthly dashboards, and update executive transformation scorecards.
• Monitor warehouse deliveries, field dispatch schedules, and risk mitigation actions.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in business English.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple documentation streams.
• Proactive collaborator comfortable liaising between technical, procurement, and finance teams.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site and adhere to a 9‑hour daily schedule.
