Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Specialist to lead the digital presence of Varsa Company and Dental House. In this full-time role you will develop and execute social media strategies that engage audiences, promote services, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all company social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and, when needed, Snapchat.
• Create monthly content calendars and schedule daily posts, stories, reels and videos.
• Monitor comments, messages and inquiries, responding promptly while maintaining brand consistency.
• Produce high-quality content such as posts, stories, reels, educational material and promotional campaigns.
• Capture photos and videos of products, services, clinics, events and workshops.
• Write engaging captions and select appropriate hashtags.
• Coordinate with graphic designers to ensure visual assets align with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts.
• Preferably experience in the healthcare or dental sector.
• Ability to create photography and video content is a plus.
