About the role

We are looking for an experienced Skincare Specialist to join our brand and provide expert skin consultations. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of hands‑on experience with skincare products, formulations, and active ingredients, and will help customers achieve their skin goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional skin consultations and recommend suitable products.
• Educate customers on proper skincare routines and product usage.
• Support staff training on product knowledge and skincare solutions.
• Participate in brand events, activations, and marketing campaigns.
• Represent the brand professionally, contributing to growth and awareness.
• Appear in social‑media content and videos to promote the brand.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in skincare product consultation.
• Strong knowledge of skincare formulations, active ingredients, and product mechanisms.
• Experience collaborating with dermatologists, pharmacies, and skincare brands.
• Excellent communication and customer‑engagement abilities.
• Preferred academic background in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Dermatology, Cosmetology, or related fields.
