Site Engineer – Civil & Finishing Works

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer to lead civil and finishing works on building construction projects. You will ensure that all on‑site activities are carried out efficiently, on schedule, and in line with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all civil works, including structural and architectural components.
• Oversee finishing works, guaranteeing high‑quality materials and workmanship.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep the project moving smoothly.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to guide accurate implementation.
• Maintain project schedules, control costs, and conduct quality‑control checks.
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues promptly and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
• Enforce strict health and safety regulations on the construction site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven site supervision experience in civil and finishing works.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards.
• Experience with high‑rise or commercial building projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
