Site Architect – Residential Complex Project

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Site Architect to join our team for a residential complex project in Al‑Zaafaraniya, Baghdad. The role involves producing detailed architectural shop drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring design quality throughout the construction phase.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural shop drawings for the residential complex.
• Develop and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and perform quantity take‑offs.
• Coordinate and review architectural and structural drawings, ensuring clash detection and resolution.
• Collaborate with structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers for multidisciplinary coordination.
• Maintain design standards using BIM tools and ensure timely delivery of drawings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural shop drawings, preferably on residential complex projects.
• Female candidates.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written) and intermediate Turkish speaking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, within a team, and meet project deadlines.
