About the role

The Showroom Sales Specialist will be the face of our solar product showroom, greeting visitors and guiding them through our range of solutions. You will help customers understand product specifications, features, and pricing, ensuring they find the best fit for their energy needs.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers inside the showroom.
• Explain solar products, specifications, features, and pricing.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall sales performance.
• Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices.
• Follow up on customer orders and check product availability.
• Coordinate with warehouse and management regarding stock levels.
• Maintain showroom organization and attractive product displays.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Prepare daily or weekly sales reports as needed.
