Service Advisor

About the role

The Service Advisor is the main point of contact between customers and the service centre at Chery Iraq. Based in Sulaymaniyah, you will welcome clients, understand their vehicle concerns, and guide them through the service process while ensuring a transparent and pleasant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, record vehicle issues and create accurate service requests.
• Coordinate vehicle check‑in, inspection and prepare detailed service estimates.
• Obtain customer approvals and clearly explain recommended repairs.
• Track repair progress with technicians and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Review completed work with customers and handle post‑service feedback.
• Manage after‑sales appointments, maintain service records and support quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong customer orientation with proven experience in automotive after‑sales or a similar service‑focused environment.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical issues in simple terms.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize workload and thrive in a fast‑paced service setting.
• Professionalism, integrity and a team‑spirit focused on high‑quality service delivery.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance processes.
• Proficiency with office and dealership management software.
