Senior Facilities Management Manager

About the role

The Senior Facilities Management Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational delivery aspects of assigned service contracts, departments, or geographical areas. The role ensures that mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, and civil engineering services are performed efficiently and to the satisfaction of internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control all service and operational activities for the assigned contract/area, including MEP and civil works.
• Motivate and lead multidisciplinary teams (cleaning, maintenance, grounds, security) to achieve high productivity.
• Develop and maintain yearly preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
• Oversee building and grounds maintenance, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Implement security, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety procedures.
• Manage service contracts, conduct regular facilities inspections, and document findings.
• Control budgets, ensure cost‑effectiveness, and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in GCC markets is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage large‑scale facilities operations.
