Senior D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to lead the digital transformation of our ISP operations. You will ensure seamless integration between the back‑office financial engine (D365 F&O) and front‑line Field Service processes, supporting large‑scale fiber deployments and home internet installations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure the Project Management & Accounting (PMA) module for FTTH rollout tracking.
• Manage project structures, budgeting, and profit tracking for network expansion.
• Architect the Project‑to‑Asset lifecycle, capitalizing infrastructure costs into Fixed Assets.
• Integrate D365 Field Service with F&O Projects to automate sub‑project creation and synchronize pricing, costing, and labor tracking.
• Demonstrate AI Copilot for Project Management features to accelerate planning.
• Oversee ISP‑specific inventory using Supply Chain Management, ensuring automatic updates and correct GL posting.
• Streamline order‑to‑cash processes for immediate billing upon service activation.
• Lead fit‑gap analysis, discovery workshops, and manage Microsoft updates and ALM governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Microsoft certifications such as MB‑310, MB‑240, MB‑330 (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience with D365 Finance & Operations, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role within telecommunications or ISP.
• Proven mastery of Dual‑write, Virtual Tables and Project Operations integration.
• Expert knowledge of PMA, Finance, SCM, Field Service and Fixed Assets modules.
• Experience with intercompany billing and cross‑company resource sharing.
