Senior Auditor – Operations, Risk & Financial

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Auditor to lead and execute audit assignments across operations, risk, and financial functions. The role involves ensuring compliance with internal audit policies, delivering high‑quality audit reports, and supporting the bank’s governance framework.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and lead audits according to the annual audit schedule.
• Develop audit programs, checklists and ensure alignment with internal policies, SOPs and standards.
• Manage audit assignments, analyse evidence, review work papers and formulate findings and recommendations.
• Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports to management and follow up on remediation actions.
• Coordinate with audited parties to facilitate audit progress and resolve issues.
• Guide and support audit team members throughout the audit lifecycle.
• Track and report on the status of audit findings and key issues on a regular basis.

Required profile

• BSc in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of audit experience, with at least 4 years focused on risk, finance and operations auditing.
• Professional certifications such as CIA or CISA are preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines and communicate findings effectively.
