Senior Accountant Professional

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant Professional to join our finance team and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. The role involves handling high‑volume transactions, supporting fintech and payment services, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial operations and record accounting entries.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and match treasury balances with bank accounts.
• Monitor and audit receivables and payables, including advances.
• Register, follow up, and close advances.
• Post transactions to the ledger and manage monthly account closures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, banking, or payment industries.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of digital payments, electronic wallets, payment gateways, and fintech operations.
• Experience handling high‑volume transactions and reconciling payment systems.
• Knowledge of financial technology regulations and reporting requirements.
