About the role
The Security Site Supervisor will oversee guard operations on‑site in Iraq, ensuring all posts are staffed and performance standards are met. Travel and housing are provided for the duration of the assignment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise a team of guards or a specific sector of the security program.
- Monitor guard performance, enforce post and general orders, and ensure staffing levels are maintained.
Required profile
- U.S. citizen, at least 21 years old, fluent in English.
- Minimum six years of experience as a military officer or NCO (E‑6 or above) or equivalent law‑enforcement/armed‑guard supervisory experience, including physical security and force protection.
- Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Pass pre‑employment medical, physical, drug, and psychological examinations.
