Sales Representative – Erbil

About the role

Al-Batek Insurance Company is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join its Erbil branch. The role focuses on promoting insurance and financial services products, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the Kurdistan Region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers in the local market.
• Present and explain insurance solutions, tailoring offers to client needs.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain and update client records and sales pipeline.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and support teams to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum of 2 years proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Good knowledge of the local market and business environment in the Kurdistan Region.
