About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to grow the company’s product sales across assigned retail outlets and commercial partners. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, optimizing promotional activities, and maintaining strong market awareness.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets within the assigned retail and commercial network.
- Maximize return on promotional investments by effectively using display materials and sales aids.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and commercial clients.
- Motivate and support colleagues in assigned outlets to boost sales performance.
- Ensure accurate and efficient completion of administrative tasks and reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
- Prior junior management experience with the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality.
- Valid local driving license and in‑depth knowledge of local travel markets.
