Sales Engineer – Electrical & Mechanical

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join our team in Sulaymaniyah. You will act as the technical bridge between our customers and our engineering and production departments, promoting our electrical and mechanical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Meet clients on site to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Present RAK’s product portfolio and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Coordinate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility.
• Visit customer sites and project locations when required.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic and English.
• Based in Sulaymaniyah or willing to relocate.
• Driving licence and personal car are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
