Sales & Account Management Officer – Food (Nasiriyah)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales & Account Management Officer (Food) to join Baly’s Commercial team in Nasiriyah. The role combines new restaurant partner acquisition with ongoing account management, helping partners succeed on the Baly platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard restaurant owners and decision‑makers to the Baly platform.
• Conduct field visits, presentations and negotiate commercial agreements to meet acquisition and activation targets.
• Maintain and grow existing restaurant relationships, monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
• Drive participation in campaigns, discounts and promotions to boost sales.
• Provide first‑line POS device installation, training, troubleshooting and ongoing operational support.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Operations and Support teams to ensure partner satisfaction and business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Sales‑driven mindset with a proven focus on achieving targets.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
