About the role
The Quality Manager will lead the development and implementation of quality policies, procedures, and standards for Bank al Etihad in Iraq, ensuring compliance with both local and international requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor service and operational quality, KPIs, and customer/employee satisfaction.
- Lead internal quality reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and ISO implementation.
- Prepare quality reports and recommend corrective actions.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in quality management.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and internal audits.
