Proposal & Contracts Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Proposal & Contracts Engineer to lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for EPC projects in the oil and gas sector. The role involves close interaction with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure bid success and smooth contract administration.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for EPC projects.
• Review tender documents, contracts, and client requirements.
• Coordinate bid submissions and manage related documentation.
• Participate in pre‑bid meetings, client briefings, and clarification sessions.
• Support contract administration throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Proven experience with pipelines, storage tanks, and civil works.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, tendering processes, and commercial documentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
