Paid Sales Internship for Medical Graduates (Baghdad)

About the role

Care Grid is a HealthTech startup building a digital backbone for Iraqi healthcare. We are looking for two motivated medical graduates to join a three‑month, full‑time sales internship, gaining hands‑on experience selling our Clinic Grid platform to private clinics in Baghdad.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and contact private clinics across Baghdad.
• Attend clinic visits, learn product pitching, and support deal closure.
• Manage and grow the sales pipeline across multiple channels.
• Build relationships with doctors, clinic owners, and medical staff.
• Assist Customer Success with onboarding new clinics.
• Collect market feedback and share insights with the product team.

Required profile

• Medical doctor graduate (preferred) or pharmacist.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Energetic, self‑motivated, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable with face‑to‑face clinic visits.
• Based in Baghdad and available full‑time (8 h/day, 5 days/week).
• Interest in sales, startups, or HealthTech.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM or pipeline management tools.
