Odoo Functional Implementer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Odoo Functional Implementer to join our implementation team in Baghdad. You will work closely with clients to translate business needs into Odoo configurations, ensure smooth project delivery, and provide training and support throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business requirements and document functional specifications.
• Configure and implement Odoo ERP modules according to client needs.
• Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and detailed implementation documentation.
• Coordinate with the technical team for custom development requests.
• Conduct system testing and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Deliver end‑user training sessions and create user manuals.
• Support clients during Go‑Live and post‑implementation phases.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and propose effective solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and implementation reports.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet DCT quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience implementing Odoo ERP.
• Official Odoo 19 Functional Certification (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR and Projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation and training skills.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking); Arabic is a plus.
