About the role

Furat Al-Khair Iron & Steel Company is looking for an experienced Continuous Casting Machine (CCM) Manager to lead its continuous casting operations, ensure production efficiency and uphold high standards of billet quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all continuous casting operations and achieve production targets.
• Monitor casting parameters, molten steel temperature, casting speed, and cooling systems.
• Ensure billet quality, minimize casting defects and production losses.
• Lead and supervise the CCM operating team and coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and production departments.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and support troubleshooting of operational issues.
• Implement occupational health and safety standards and drive continuous operational improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical, Materials, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven hands‑on experience in continuous casting operations within the steel industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of CCM equipment, billet production processes and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
