About the role

Al Rafidain International Enterprises Group is looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist to join its team in Baghdad. The role focuses on turning market insights into actionable marketing initiatives, strategic partnerships, and measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor pricing, commercial offers, and market trends.
• Analyze competitors and identify market opportunities and challenges.
• Plan and contribute to the execution of seasonal and promotional campaigns.
• Develop and support cross‑marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
• Explore growth opportunities and build strategic alliances with group companies and external organisations.
• Manage and maintain customer data through CRM systems to support marketing and business development activities.
• Prepare marketing performance reports, analyse results, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Propose and implement innovative marketing ideas that enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of commercial and strategic marketing principles.
• Experience in market analysis, competitor research, and customer behaviour assessment.
• Background in restaurants, retail, or entertainment sectors with a focus on promotional strategies and sales‑driven marketing.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken) and knowledge of the Iraqi market.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
