Marketing Representative

About the role

The Marketing Representative will create and manage high‑quality visual content for a luxury hotel, supporting the Marketing Department across digital platforms, social media, advertising campaigns and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute professional photography and videography sessions for hotel facilities, rooms, restaurants, events and guest experiences.
• Produce creative visual assets for the hotel website, social media channels and digital marketing campaigns.
• Edit and finalize photos and videos using industry‑standard software while maintaining brand consistency.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to capture content for seasonal campaigns, special events and new promotions.
• Develop short‑form and long‑form video content suitable for various digital platforms.
• Maintain a well‑organized digital library of all visual assets.
• Stay current with photography, videography and social media trends to introduce innovative ideas.
• Support the Marketing Manager in campaign planning, creative concept development and storytelling.
• Liaise with external agencies, photographers, videographers and media partners as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality marketing materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in photography, videography or digital marketing, preferably within a five‑star hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and keen attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Required skills

• Professional photography and videography equipment operation.
• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Content creation for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
