About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Lead to own and execute the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for Harrir, Iraq’s new fashion e‑commerce app. The role will shape the brand’s voice, drive user acquisition, engagement and retention, and work closely with a creative team to launch new categories and features.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across paid social, ASO, performance marketing and other channels.
- Lead and coordinate a creative team consisting of a Marketing Coordinator, Copywriter, Graphic Designer and Video Shooter/Editor.
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns that generate app installs, increase user engagement and improve retention.
- Own the brand voice, maintain the content calendar and manage launch plans for new product categories and app features.
- Track key performance indicators, analyse ROI and report on campaign impact to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Proven experience marketing a mobile app.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team.
- Strategic thinker with a data‑driven mindset and a sharp creative eye.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Required skills
- Digital marketing tactics such as paid social, App Store Optimization (ASO) and performance marketing.
