About the role

Al Kahraman Jewelry Trading Company is looking for a seasoned Sales Specialist to represent its luxury jewelry portfolio. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional shopping experience that aligns with the prestige of the brand while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a world‑class customer experience consistent with luxury retail standards.
• Build, develop, and maintain long‑term relationships with VIP and repeat clients.
• Offer professional consultations on fine jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, and collections, guiding customers to the best choices.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Maintain high standards of personal presentation, showroom appearance, and visual merchandising.
• Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and luxury retail best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
• Previous experience in luxury jewelry is highly preferred; experience in luxury watches, fashion, or other premium brands is also considered.
