Legal AI Specialist

About the role

Judi Legal AI is an AI legal assistant app for lawyers and clients in Kurdistan and Iraq, based in Erbil. It uses artificial intelligence to speed up legal research, document preparation and client support. The Legal AI role is full-time and on-site in Erbil, helping design, refine and maintain AI features that support legal research, document review and user guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze legal workflows and structure legal information for AI use
• Review AI outputs for accuracy
• Collaborate with developers and legal experts to improve models and content
• Gather user feedback and document requirements
• Contribute to product improvements that make legal services more efficient and accessible

Required profile

• Ability to understand and structure legal information, with experience in legal research, document analysis or working in a law firm or legal organization
• Familiarity with AI or technology products, including how data trains and improves intelligent systems
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also considered
• Interest in legal technology and innovation

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Kurdish and/or Arabic is an advantage
• Comfort working on-site in a collaborative environment in Erbil, coordinating across multidisciplinary teams
