Insights Manager

About the role

RetailZoom is seeking an enthusiastic Insights Manager to join its fast‑growing analytics team. You will work closely with the Insights and Analytics groups to turn data into actionable recommendations for clients across retail, FMCG, banking and other sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team in managing and expanding existing and new accounts, delivering plans and fresh ideas that add client value.
• Prepare and deliver high‑quality insights reports that meet client expectations for service and impact.
• Proactively handle tasks and client requests to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliverables.

Required profile

• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a market‑research agency or a large organization’s marketing department (retail, FMCG, banking, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a natural curiosity about cause‑and‑effect relationships.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative in learning and development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including collaboration, facilitation, negotiation and persuasion.

Required skills

• Advanced analytical and data‑review abilities with high accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
• High degree of confidentiality and strong work ethic.
