Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Vernate Group, a leading furniture manufacturing and interior solutions provider, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to bridge its showroom in Baghdad with its production facility in Beirut. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them from inquiry through delivery while ensuring high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients, provide professional consultations on products and services.
• Prepare, follow up, and manage quotations, contracts, and customer orders.
• Oversee projects from initial inquiry to final delivery.
• Coordinate continuously between the Baghdad showroom and Beirut factory to meet specifications and timelines.
• Contribute to sales targets, strengthen existing client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and monitor market trends and customer needs.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in furniture, wood manufacturing, interior design, or related fields.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Team player who takes ownership of responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel between Baghdad and Beirut as required.
• Proficiency in standard business software and computer applications.
