Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, guest‑focused Housekeeping Attendants to join our hotel team. In this role you will ensure rooms and public areas are clean, well‑maintained, and ready for guests, delivering a high standard of service and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Receive daily work assignments, keys and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log accurately.
• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms, including making beds, washing sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, floors, and polishing brass or metal fixtures.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe furniture, empty ashtrays and wastebaskets.
• Replenish bathroom and room supplies, arrange guest toiletries neatly on the vanity.
• Maintain clear fire exits and stairways, keep corridors and service areas tidy, and spot‑clean carpets as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues immediately and pick up litter from corridors and pathways.
• Remove room‑service trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors.
• Coordinate with valet service for guest laundry, dry‑cleaning, or pressing requests.

Required profile

• Vocational training in hotel housekeeping is preferred.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Friendly, caring, and dedicated with strong cross‑cultural sensitivity.
• Willingness to put in extra effort when required and passion for serving customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑player who enjoys collaborating with a multicultural team and guests.
