Head of B2B Mobile and MBB Unit

About the role

The Head of B2B Mobile and MBB Unit will lead Zain Iraq’s business‑to‑business mobile broadband and fixed‑line (MBB) services. Reporting to senior management, the role is responsible for achieving revenue and subscriber targets by shaping product propositions, launching new offerings, and driving market‑focused sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue and base KPIs for the B2B Mobile and MBB portfolio.
• Own the full product lifecycle: concept, requirement gathering, testing, launch, and ongoing performance management.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Marketing, and Product Development teams to define and upgrade product requirements.
• Enable the sales force through product training and a comprehensive knowledge base.
• Track, analyse and report on revenue, subscriber growth and market trends.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies, identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations, foster teamwork and maintain high‑performance standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless service delivery to B2B customers.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in B2B telecom product management.
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and subscriber acquisition.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate market intelligence into actionable plans.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional teams and drive collaboration.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
