Consumer Marketing Segment Senior Analyst

About the role

Zain Iraq is seeking a Consumer Marketing Segment Senior Analyst to drive data‑focused marketing initiatives across its telecom services. The analyst will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, execute, and evaluate campaigns that boost subscriber acquisition, retention, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed market research and customer segmentation to uncover opportunities for targeted campaigns.
• Monitor customer usage patterns and trends, providing insights to improve product offerings and experience.
• Develop and execute segment‑specific marketing strategies aimed at revenue and subscriber growth.
• Collaborate with product development to refine existing services and launch new offerings based on consumer needs.
• Create and track KPIs related to subscriber growth, revenue generation, and campaign effectiveness.
• Perform post‑campaign analysis to assess ROI and recommend optimisations.
• Build dashboards and reports for senior‑management decision‑making.
• Support sales, CX, digital, brand, and communication teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3‑5 years of experience in consumer marketing, segmentation, or product management, preferably within the telecom industry.
• Strong analytical thinking, achievement‑driven mindset, and ability to work collaboratively.
