About the role
Arab Bank Iraq is launching a graduate program aimed at high‑potential individuals who wish to start a long‑term career in banking. The program targets fresh graduates from the 2025 or 2026 cohorts and offers comprehensive training and mentorship within the bank’s operations.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in structured training modules covering core banking functions.
- Support day‑to‑day activities across finance, accounting, and business administration units.
- Collaborate with senior staff on projects that enhance operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Graduation year: 2025 or 2026.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized and accredited university.
- Academic standing among the top students of the class.
- Degree specialization in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
