About the role

The company is seeking a reliable full-time Cashier to join its team in Erbil. Working on-site, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling all payment transactions with accuracy and professionalism. Key responsibilities

• Process cash, card and electronic payments using the cash register.
• Maintain accurate daily transaction records and balance cash drawers at shift end.
• Provide courteous assistance to customers, answering inquiries and resolving minor issues.
• Keep the checkout area clean, organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Support teammates with additional tasks such as stocking shelves or handling returns as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
